Terry currently is living in Alaska. When she was younger, her family lived in Oregon. She finished school and didn’t go to college because she fell in love and, soon after, moved to Alaska with her husband. She currently works at a gift shop in Alaska. When asked if any kids, Terry said, “It’s just not in the cards.” She said she loves kids, but it’s just not going to work. Terry also said that she loves her husband so much that she doesn’t mind not having children.
Not to long ago, Terry’s husband made a mistake while doing his job and he ended up getting extremely hurt. She wanted him to go to the hospital, but if he did he would have to get surgery, and then he would have been paralyzed from the waist down. He didn’t want that and she didn’t either. He lay in bed for 6 months waiting, and waiting to be cured. At the end of then sixth month something amazing happened. “It was a miracle, he could walk” she said with excitement. Terry said that she believes that takes time and patience for a person to heal.
Terry’s husband is working back at his old job and they are both loving where they are currently in life. “Things can only get better from here” she replied.
