Alaska Is:
Alaska is…a photograph, but too hard to capture on film. Every moment is worth 1001 words. Each view demands nothing less than your undivided attention, slowly mesmerizing you to a point of no return.

Final Reflection:
Another Alaska trip is nearly over, the past three weeks have not only been a growing experience for myself, but also an amazing experience for so many others. After three trips up here, it is hard not to notice growth in others. This year I have watched as 45 ultimately timid eighth graders transformed into wonderful, mature young adults. Having accomplished so many things that most of them would have never been able to do without this trip. I am so proud of every single person alike, adult, junior leaders, and first time participants. There are too many words to express how much the accomplishments of every person have helped me grow and develop as well. Through the amazing achievements of so many on the trip, much stronger than myself, I feel so grateful and in a way, fulfilled by the pride I have for those people. In a way these feelings and influences have made my trip complete, and for that I am so thankful.
