Alaska Is:
         Alaska is a magical place where amazing miracles happen. It is a place where you make new friends who soon become your family. It is a place where you can be looking at one mountain that is bright and sunny then look at the mountain right next to it and it will be rainy. Overall, Alaska is a place that can’t be described in words.

Final Reflection:
        Now that it is the end of the trip, I look back and think that it was just yesterday when we got here. Everyone has become close like a family. It is amazing seeing everyone change so much at the start we were all in our cliques and now we’re so close we don’t want to leave. I have met so many cool people and I hope to keep them as my friends. They all mean so much to me. Most of the girls I have gotten to know are now like my own little sisters. It is such a great feeling knowing someone looks up to you. Even thought some people had rough times there would always be someone there right at their side. All the activities we did helped bring us together too. Hiking up those two mountains takes a lot of teamwork and dedication. Once everyone got the top they all decided it was worth the hard hikes. I loved seeing the kids’ expressions. It was amazing! Overall this has been another amazing trip and I hope to come back next year.
