Alaska Is...

       probably one of my favorite places I have visited. I absolutely love seeing mountains all around me. My favorite thing about Alaska would probably be climbing Exit Glacier because at the top you get to slide in the snow. That is your biggest reward for hiking 3 _ miles up. Alaska is where you can get a lot closer to your friends and meet some new ones.

Final Reflections

        Spending three weeks in Alaska has probably been one of the best times I’ve every had! I enjoyed every day that I spent in Alaska. Every morning I woke up with mountains surrounding me realizing how lucky I was to be in Alaska. The midnight sun run, baseball games, climbing Exit Glacier and Mount Healy, all day whale watch, and dunking our heads in the river are some of the things I absolutely loved. On this trip I have learned so much, like when I was climbing Exit Glacier on the way up I felt like turning back around and going back down, but when I got to the top I realized how awesome it really was. we got to go sliding in the snow and see the gorgeous view. I learned to never give up and always push myself.
