Alaska Is...

       my home away from home, a place where I can find myself and meet new people. I love being able to wake up every morning and look at the mountains. I can’t even explain in words how amazing Alaska truly is.

Final Reflections

        As the three weeks of my spectacular journey end once more I look back on the trip. It seems that it was just yesterday that we flew into Anchorage. My journey this year has been the best yet. I made tons of new friends and have become a lot closer to some of my old friends. We got to see Mt. McKinley, moose, fox, whales, bears, caribou, and other amazing animals. I saw more this year than the past two years. Alaska has truly amazed me once again. I never want to leave!
