Sweeping tide,
Crashing waves.
Alaska is
Babbling oceans,
Washing rocks.
Alaska is snow- capped mountains,
Lush forests,
Verdant green.
Alaska is outcroppings of rock
Amidst the beautiful sea of it,
Alaska is kelp on the shore,
Spray in the air,
Water crashing.
Alaska is beauty in nature,
Alaska is a place words alone can only begin
To describe.
It is a place of beauty,
Adventure,
Tragedy,
Rejoicing,
It is a place no man,
Woman,
Chid,
Or elder
Can ever experience,
Describe,
Or know.
Alaska is beauty incarnate.

Final Reflections

         Coming to Alaska was the most amazing thing to ever happen to me. I had a lot of fun and am extremely glad I came on this trip. Alaska was the most magnificent and beautiful place I had ever seen and probably ever will. I have enjoyed Alaska immensely and enjoyed even more the opportunity to meet new people and see people I have known for years in a different and better light, often turning people I could not stand into good friends in just a few short weeks. I am extremely grateful for this trip for the amazing experiences, the awesome places and the great new friends. I hope that I have a chance someday to return on this trip.
