The Mountainous Journey Through Alaska After two days with little sleep, Nick Bolger was anxious to finish speaking with me so he could fall asleep. After an exhausting day of exploring Palmer, a tour through the Alaska Native Heritage Center, getting to know our travel companions, grocery shopping, and a pool party, I felt his pain. Though hectic, when asked if he is enjoying himself, he responds “yes, very much so.” His favorite activity of the day was a demonstration of Native American games at the Heritage Center. He is most looking forward to a whale-watching excursion later in the trip, but in the meantime he says there will never be a dull moment! |
