Alaska Is...

Alaska is so beautiful and is so full of life.  Alaska is bright and sure is a delight.  I’m glad I had this amazing chance to come and see that yeah, Alaska is all right.

Final Reflections

On this trip I’ve learned a lot, and we have done a lot of cool activities, from the beginning of the trip, all the way to the end of the trip. I have to say that all of the stuff we have done will stick with me forever. I will only remember some stuff better than others. When you ask me what my favorite part was, I would probably say I had about 5 or so favorite parts. My first favorite was the day we went tide pooling because I got to kiss a starfish. It was so amazing, and totally cool. The second thing I remember the most has to be the baseball game because we were all so wild and crazy and we got to just be ourselves without getting yelled at by someone and being asked to calm down. You could feel the joy when the Panners won 6-3. Even though I wasn’t in Michigan for the 4th of July, I still had an amazing time here. While I was running the 10K race, I felt like I was going to pass out because of how hot we got while running. The last thing I remember the most is Hatcher’s Pass because it was just so amazing. On our way to Hatcher’s Pass we stopped at a lake where we all jumped in with our clothes on! We also had a snowball fight in the middle of July. Then on the way back from Hatcher’s Pass, we all stopped at the river, where it is a tradition for everyone to stick their heads in the river. So we did. If you were to ask what my favorite parts of the trip were, you know that those were the best.
