The FISH Philosophy is a big part of AGLP and how we operate in Alaska and in life. There are four parts of the philosophy that we incorporate.

• Play: A state of mind that brings new energy to the tasks at hand and sparks creative solutions
• Be There: Being fully engaged in the moment, inviting opportunities, and sharing the experience together.
• Make Their Day: Lending a helping hand, a word of support, or just making someone laugh.
• Choose Your Attitude: You can't choose the situation, only your attitude. Choose to keep a positive attitude.

When everyone follows these four points, we can be sure to have a great time in Alaska and take everything it has to give. Beyond Alaska, it's a good set of guidelines to keep in mind no matter who you are.
