Alaska Is...

Alaska is’Ķa uniquely beautiful place. A place that is not so full of hustle and bustle that you can stop and learn not only about your surroundings, but yourself also. Alaska us such an amazing place that you just want to stop and save what is left of the uncivilized areas. Alaska is a life-changing place.

Final Reflections

AGLP 2011 is full of loving, nurturing, caring, kind, sharing, smiling, beautiful, sincere, true, thankful, helpful, and responsible participants, junior leaders, and adults. While my stay in Alaska the helped me through the tough obstacles and in return I would like to think I was there for them. Alaska is a gorgeous place that I would be never able to experience to it's fullest without the help of the wonderful people of this trip. I would have never been able to climb a mountain, see many whale flukes and breeches, climb next to and slide down next to a glacier, and see and experience the wonders I have. My trip to Alaska was amazing and all thanks to AGLP 2011.
