Alaska is nothing like I had ever imagined it to be. I cannot begin to explain this vast amazing country that now surrounds me. The winding rivers and unforgiving current that completes their beauty. The unpredictable weather that surprises you everyday, and the indescribable scenery that could capture your attention forever. This is only a brief description of what Alaska really is. The fact that talented, wonderful, and beautiful people constantly surround me only makes my experience here better. The only sadness that I feel in Alaska is that I only have a limited 15 days left here to soak up as much of Alaska as I can. But I will make the best of my time here and cherish and praise everything that Alaska truly is. Picture long winding roads, surrounded by lush, green vegetation, and humongous mountains everywhere you look. Beautiful glassy lakes, breathtaking views, intriguing wildlife, and wonderful people. This is Alaska.

Final Reflections

The past three weeks have been the time of my life. From standing atop three mountains to watching ginormous whales breech, my Alaskan experience has been amazing. I've learned so much in so little time and met so many wonderful people. I feel so privelaged and lucky to have seen what I've seen and done what I have done. Thank you to everyone who made my experience everything that it is.
