Alaska Is...

Alaska is filled with spectacular sights that are practically breath-taking, such as magnificent mountains with misty clouds interweaving every peak, splendid glacial streams that seem to dance over every rock and stone, amazing animals that you normally only see up close on postcards, and adventures that you can't take anywhere else. Everything around you makes you feel as if time has stopped and your troubles have all fled your mind, so that you can just feel free and experience the natural beauty that surrounds you. Alaska proves that a picture is worth a thousand words, but the sight itself is beyond description.

Final Reflections

Alaska has been so amazing and life-changing! I have done so many wonderful things on this trip that I will never forget and that no one can ever take away from me. Alaska has also changed me as a person; if I hadn't applied, I wouldn't be the person I am today. The sights I have seen were just so breath-taking and they made me take on a whole new perspective. For the grace and natural beauty of the simplest things.
