Alaska Is...

Alaska is a place where the beautiful sights last forever. Alaska is a place where I can learn to just be myself. It's a place that I don't have to worry too much about what people think about me. Alaska is a place where I don't have to worry about being with the "right" crowd. It's a place where I learned that I'll still have the same friends even if I don't wear name brand clothes or straighten my hair every day. Alaska is a place where I can find myself.

Final Reflections

My time in Alaska has been amazing. I have seem so many things that took my breath away. I saw and learned something new every day. I went to places I never thought I would go. I went on hikes, up mountains, I never would have imagined that I would be on top of a mountain.

Myself as a person has changed too. In Alaska I didn't care who I talked to, or what I loked like. I became more independent and I do more things on my own. I am more determined and I gained more respect for everything. Being in Alaska opened up so many opportunities for me.
