Wednesday, January 26

Sub Sandwich Sale - Sub order forms must be turned into Hemmingsens or to Mr. Rosene's box at the Middle School. Goal is 5 dozen per participant.


Important Dates for February

Thursday, February 3

Sub Making at the MMS Cafeteria starting right after school. We need adult and student help. Adults call George Seifert to volunteer. All sub orders must be picked up by 6PM for you to deliver.

Saturday, February 12

Cookie dough orders must be called in to Angela Hartung. Goal is 20 tubs per participant.

Wednesday, February 23

March raffle tickets and money is due to Hemmingsen's or Murch's. Remember ALL tickets must be sold. Make sure to get yours sold or get the help of another parent if needed!


Important Dates for March

Thursday, March 3

Pick up cookie dough orders between 4 and 6PM at Marshall Middle School cafeteria.

Pasty making at Marshall High School kitchen. Orders taken prior by phone prior to this date (by February 25). Pasties must be picked up by 6PM.

Friday, March 11

First trip payment of $400 due to help pay for plane tickets that are due by March 15. Make check to AGLP. Take to hemmingsen's or mail to Ishtar.

Sunday, March 20

Pancake brunch 7AM to 1PM. BE Henry Building. All must have their own ticket. All participants are expected to work a shift. Parents too!


Important Dates for April

Friday, April 1

Scholarship application due. The Tom & Lucy Franke Education Enrichment Scholarship for students provides support to Marshall Public School students wishing to participate in enrichment programs such ad: Seminars; Fine Arts; Math and Science Camps; Regional, National, or International travel for educational purposes and other enrichment opportunities. The maximum scholarship award is $500.00 per recipient. Get an application from MMS office or online here.

Saturday, April 16

Car wash fundraiser.

Friday, April 22

Bowling Lanes Fund Raiser - Sponsors purchase lanes for a donation of $150. Up to six people can bowl and eat pizza. Participants act as servers.

Saturday, April 23

Benefit concert by Katie Grey, former AGLP participant and recording artist. Hope to involve other past participants too. Planned venue is MMS auditorium.

Wednesday, April 27

May raffle tickets and money due to Hemmingsen's or Murch's. Remember ALL tickets myset be sold. Make sure to get yours sold or get the help of other parents if needed!

Saturday, April 30

Car wash at Caron's 10AM to 2PM. Call Terry Mahrle for details.

Saturday, May 14

AGLP annual golf outing at the Medalist starting at 1PM. Pig roast dinner follows for golfers and non-golfers. More info to come.

Monday, May 16

Memorial day picnic sub sale orders due. Turn form into Hemmingsen's

Sunday, May 22

Two Hour Training for all participants. Attendance REQUIRED at AM or PM. Schedule will be distributed to students later.

Thursday, May 26

Sub making at MMS cafeteria starting right after school. All sub orders must be picked up by 6PM for you to deliver.

Cookie dough orders must be picked up between 4:30 and 6PM at MMS cafeteria.

Final payment due. Amount to be determined. To Ishtar of Hemmingsen's.

Friday, June 17

Bus leaves from behind MMS at 9AM.

Students arrive back in Marshall from Alaska. (About 1:30PM)
